This is to inform that all Demand or Requisition Slips i.e. PPE, Road Sign and Safety Equipment etc submitted to HSE Department must be signed and stamped by their respective department Managers. Effective on this date, only authorized department Managers with signature and stamp on the demand slip will be accepted by the HSE Department.
